In this week, there are few things on CAD design that I have trouble on designing. These need to be solved on todya's meeting. I have able to run FEA test on two important part. this one is the connection between the bogie and the suspension or cart. Overall the deformation is relative low. and the safety factor is above 1. this is the stop, which help to fix the switch wheel only rotate in a certain region. and the safety factor is greater than 1

this week, I basically finish the phase 2 solidworks design. Next week, I'll need to refine my design and try to run FEA test on several critical part.

This goal of this week is keeping modify the current CAD design. Need to set all the dimensions, materials use. Also, we need to corporate with track team, solar team, and control team. There are still many informations need to gather for these teams. In term of motor use, need to get calculation equation from professor.
